Their showroom was being updated, but Dwayne Reynolds, their salesperson, was kind enough to show us various available models. Great customer service. I recently purchased a linear fireplace as part of a remodel. I do not purchase from this company but from out of state and had someone else install. We didn’t think it was operating properly and called Fireplace and Gas Orlando for help. We live outside their service area but the service manager Braxton took 10 mins to assist me over the phone and resolved my issues. If they treat non customers with such good care I can only imagine how well they treat their paying customers. I highly recommend this business.
